The Coffee Inquiry X: Notes – Trafalgar Square

I took Roberto and Eliana to Notes in Trafalgar, pretty similar to the one in Covent Garden, the concept, music, movies, and coffee, all that under one roof, well actually two. Pastries, sandwiches, salads, pies, and some more substantial plates are your options for food, a wine list that changes every month, and coffee related drinks.

Wine
I got a macchiato as usual, strong coffee flavour, creamy, nice, a bit bitter, no latte art.

Macchiato time
Espresso Machine: La Marzocco
Beans: Square Mile
Score: 4/5

Nice coffee, great atmosphere, nothing like coffee and jazz together, and as a plus I loved their lamp.

The lamp... lies down on Broadway?
Close up
Note reminds me the Seinfeld episode “The Burning”

George: I had them, Jerry, they loved me
Jerry: And then?
George: I lost them. I can usually come up with one good comment during a meeting but by the end it's buried under a pile of gaffs and bad puns
Jerry: Showmanship, George. When you hit that high note, you say goodnight and walk off
George: I can't just leave
Jerry: That's the way they do it in Vegas
George: You never played Vegas
Jerry: I hear things
