Too Old To Rock n' Roll?

It’s amazing how the all time rock n’ roll bands are the best shows to go. The best concerts I have been since I’m in London are Paul McCartney, Peter Gabriel, and Madonna, now I can properly say that Kiss is in that list, I had the chance to see their new tour "Sonic Boom", and I was impressed how this group of grandpas knows how to throw a concert. The gig was full of special effects, explosions, flames, loud music, their classic and flamboyant outfits, fire breathing, blood spitting, and of course classic tunes.

I remember an interview to Gene Simmons about rock bands where he was telling that rock musicians don’t need to be virtuous players, they only need to throw a good show, well these guys are definitely not virtuous but they know how to throw an amazing show. The set was full of classic Kiss songs such as 100000 years, Detroit Rock City, Calling Dr Love, Lick it Up, Let Me Go Rock n’ Roll, God Gave Rock n’ Roll To You, and Rock n’ Roll All Nite.

The concert was so loud that reminded me the Seinfeld episode “The Lip Reader” when the gang take a taxi and the driver has hearing problem after a rock concert.

Driver: I'm so sorry, you'll have to forgive me. I can't hear a damn thing. I went to that rock concert last night at the garden. My seats were right up against the speaker. It's a heavy metal group. "Metalli"-something.
Kramer: "Ca".
Driver: Huh?
George: Wha..?
Jerry: "Ca".
George: Ah.
