With all these world cup matches and sunny/hot days here in London, BBQs are in everyone plans. For the match of Germany vs. Argentina my friends Dermot and Sasha invited us to watch the match and have some burgers at their place. What could be better, my two favourite teams playing, beers, good friends, and a homemade grilled burger.
As soon as I got the burger I told Dermot I will post about it. In my opinion it was really good, I think he can compete with the meat wagon. I would have never guess he could prepare such a nice burger. It was so good I ate two, everybody was eating ice cream and I was still eating another burger. He prepared the patty with fine chopped onions and garlic, put the patties in the grill, and then added cheddar cheese and put it with the buns in the oven to melt the cheese and toast the bun, finally added tomato.
If I had to rank Dermot’s burger with the others I would have given him a solid 7, there is room for improvement here, at least in the chips/fries section.
