I read a couple reviews about a place in Melbourne that serve pretty straight forward American cheeseburgers, the name Huxtaburger, apparently chef and owner Daniel Wilson is a big Cosby Show fan so the name, and the menu is a reflection of the characters, Bills, Theo, Rudy, and Denise.

Twilight Zone door |
A small humble joint in Collingwood, arrived just before they were closing, lucky enough I ordered a Denise (the hot one), brioche bun, wagyu beef, mustard, tomato sauce, cheese, lettuce, pickles, jalapeno, and sriracha mayo, as a side some crinkle cut fries. You can upgrade patty, add egg, bacon, and pineapple. As I’m never satisfied I add bacon to my Denise, nothing like a hottie with bacon.

Nice old school burger, cooked well done yet nice flavour, excellent spicy punch the sriracha mayo is a must, fries nice and crisp, overall an excellent burger.

Remember Hot Beef & Cold Beer, what else do you need.
All this Bill Cosby reminds me the Seinfeld episode “The Busboy”
Jerry: I'm not a foodie. I don't, oh, this is too rare. Oh, it's too salty, just eat it and shut up. I'll eat anywhere, whatever they're having. I have eaten rotten rolls off of room service trays in hotel hallways, I have, It's not a joke. This is my life. I don't know, somebody left it. Why would someone poison a roll, and leave it in a hallway for some comic coming down at two o' clock in the morning? Why would they do that? Sometimes you go to a nice restaurant, they put the check in a little book. What is this? The story of the bill? Once upon a time, there were some very hungry people… What is this? A little gold tassle hanging down? Am I graduating from the restaurant? What is this about?
