High Flyers Brunch

The previous time I was in Chicago I went to the Signature Room at the 95th floor of the John Hancock Tower to have a drink and enjoy the view. This time I decided to go for their Sunday brunch. The damage is $ 45 and you have the right to delight yourself with a vast selection in their buffet, from made to order omelets, pastries, croissants, bagels, smoked sausages, antipasto, roast beef, cooked ham, to alaskan king crab and oyster.

Brunch Time

If you have the 45 dollars to spare, is the perfect place for a lazy Sunday to enjoy the view and let your glutton out for a while.

Snowy Chicago View from the table

This entire brunch situation with omelets and eggs reminds me the Seinfeld episode “The Stand-In”.

George: So how were the eggs?
Daphne: Eggs are eggs.
George: Eggs are eggs. That is very profound. By the same token you could say fish is fish. Ha ha ha, I don't think so.
