My second stop to try the Copenhagen style hotdogs was Andersen Bakery. The place is in Tivoli Gardens exactly in the Nimb hotel. Pretty easy to find as the hotel is a replica of the Taj Mahal. Andersen has 4 locations around the world, including Hiroshima, Tokyo, San Francisco, and Copenhagen.

Three dogs, Grand Danois, Bulldog, and Fransk Hotdog. I’ve already tried the Fransk in DØP so I was between two options pork sausage versus halal veal mixed with beef sausage. At the end I went for the Grand Danois, pork sausage, home baked bread, ketchup, mustard, remoulade, cucumber, and crispy onions.
