Brunch time if the only thing I can tell you. If you haven’t been on a weekend in Bistrotheque for breakfast or brunch you must start to think in doing it. The place is completely hidden so be sure to check their website beforehand. This east end place, near Cambridge Heath in Wadeson Street is bright white with a trendy architectural artistic atmosphere, and just in the middle a black baby grand piano contrasting with the white room.

I think most of the people that are in the brunch hours over the weekend are trying to recognize the songs played by Xavior, the resident pianist who smashes the instrument to perform a diverse selection of pop songs, at least we do that every time we go.
English Breakfast
Try the roast on Sundays, or as I did go for an English breakfast, and if you’re still hungry, try their pancakes or maybe a poached egg where royale, florentine, and benedict are the options. The food is good quality, although I have to say the black pudding in my English breakfast was dry.
Eggs Benedict
The place is usually packed so be sure you reserve before going. A great atmosphere and really good food makes this place unique.
Breakfast always reminds me the Seinfeld episode “The Subway” where Jerry bump into a naked man on the subway (tube).
Jerry: All right, how about skipping breakfast. I'm guessing you're not a half-grapefruit and black coffee guy.
Naked man: I like a good breakfast.
Jerry: I understand, I like good breakfast. As long as you don't wind up trapped in a room in bib overalls and pigtails, been counseled by Dick Gregory.
Naked man: I'm not ashamed of my body.
Jerry: That's your problem, you should be.
